As I reflect on 30 years of building ARAM, A-RENTAL, and AV LIGHT, one truth stands above all:
None of this would exist without the people beside me.
To my entire team—past and present—you are the foundation of everything we’ve built. This journey has never been easy. It demanded long nights, last-minute changes, relentless standards, and constant reinvention. But having you beside me through it all has been the greatest companion I could ask for.
We didn’t just grow companies—we built something that lasts.
We didn’t just deliver shows—we earned trust.
We didn’t just survive the hard moments—we turned them into systems, lessons, and leadership.
I also want to thank a few people who have been there from the very beginning:
